Benefits of Lemon Water

Benefits of Lemon Water
Benefits of Lemon Water
Lemon water is loaded with vitamin C. It has a ton of heart health benefits, and this is important because it's estimated that over 90 million people suffer from some sort of cardiovascular condition. So, we want to make sure that we're always looking to improve our life force, our heart, our cardiovascular system because when we take the lemon water loaded with vitamin C, it's going to help lower blood pressure.

It's going to help reduce the risk of stroke, reduce the risk of heart disease, it's going to boost your immune system. So, when everybody's getting sick, if you're adding lemon to your water every day, you're going to help boost your immune system up and you're going to find that you're just functioning so much better.

We know that the lemon juice is going to help decrease our risk of cancer, it’s going to help fight the cancer. There was a test tube study that basically found that not only does the lemon extract go and decrease the risk of breast cancer, it helps to actually kill the breast cancer cells. And so, we want to make sure we're always working to fight cancer and using the lemon juice is going to help do that. Now the reason for this is that there're two active ingredients that are powerful within the lemon juice. There are D-limonene and hesperidin. These two active compounds that are in the lemon juice help us decrease our risk of cancer and fight off cancer cells within the body.

Next benefit is that it’s very hydrating. You come off of that fast, that night time fast. Let's say you slept for six to eight hours. You didn't eat, you didn't drink, you wake up, your body's dehydrated. Unfortunately, most people go straight to coffee. What I'm going to recommend that you do is actually go and drink some lemon water.

It's going to support weight loss because it is loaded with polyphenol antioxidants. These polyphenol antioxidants are going to help reduce weight gain in studies. They basically found that people who are consuming the lemon water would go and find that they were not able to put on weight as quickly and so it also is going to help boost your metabolism and also improve insulin sensitivity. So, when we look at this whole metabolic issue, this whole insulin and weight loss combination that we have here, taking some lemon juice and drinking that lemon water every single day is really going to support that process.

It's also going to improve your skin health. Now the lemon water is going to be loaded with vitamin C and also antioxidants and so that is going to support anti-aging. It's going to help keep your skin look fresh, help you decrease wrinkles. Now you can actually just use the lemon water, drinking orally, but you can also take lemon juice and put that in some type of topical cream or some sort of topical face masks that you're making for yourself. And it's really powerful either way.

Next here and last on the list is going to help reduce kidney stones. Now this, of course, is really important because a lot of people suffer from kidney stones, kidney issues. The lemon water is going to be high end citric acid. It'll help make our urine less acidic and it will dramatically reduce stones is what the research has said. And it also even said that it'll help break up some stones. And so, if we decrease the stones within our system and we also help decrease the risk of developing stones, that is very good because a lot of people once again have kidney stones today.

Now if you want to just get the benefits of lemon water every single day, essentially you can just squeeze a half a lemon into eight ounces of water, drink it warm or cold, and essentially what you're going to find is that it tastes great, but also it's hydrating, makes you feel good, makes you feel energized.

First thing in the morning, hop out of bed, drink that lemon water, and then even drink it throughout the day. You can get all these benefits by just using this one simple tactic every single day.
