In this movie an abandoned fourteen-year-old child named Billy Batson is searching for his lost mother. While trying to settle into life with a new foster family as always, Billy runs away to deal with his personal crisis. But this time he runs into a wizard and finds unexpected superpowers which he has to use against a gained enemy.

Booksmart is a 2019 teen comedy film directed by Olivia Wilde and stars Beanie Feldstein and Kaitlyn Dever. The story follows two academic superstars and best friends who on the eve of their high school graduation suddenly realize that they should have worked less and played more. The ladies started on a mission to cram four years of fun into one night.

A decade after Zombieland became a hit movie and a cult classic, lead actors Woody Harrelson. Abigail Breslin, Jesse Eisenberg and Emma Stone are brought back to the screen by director Ruben Fleischer. A Dog's Journey is a 20-19 comedy-drama film directed by Gail Mancuso and stars Dennis Quaid, Marg Helgenberger, Betty Gilpin.  The film is a sequel to the 2017 film, A Dog's Purpose.  It is an adventure through multiple lives loaded with affection, friendship, devotion and finding meaning through the lives of the humans they daily meet.

Dolomite Is My Name is a 20-19 biographical comedy film directed by Craig Brewer and stars Eddie Murphy, Da’vine Joy Randolph, Keegan Michael Key and Mike Epps. The story portrays real-life legend Rudy Ray Moore.  A comedy and rap pioneer who proved naysayers wrong when his alter-ego dolemite became a 1970s Blaxploitation phenomenon. The movie received positive reviews from critics with praise for Murphy's comeback performance as well as its screenplay costumes and sense of humor.

5. The Peanut Butter Falcon

The Peanut Butter Falcon follows the life of Zak, a young man with Down syndrome who escapes from his care home to pursue his dream of becoming a wrestling champion. Directed by Tyler Nilsson and released in 2019. The comedy-drama film stars Shia LaBeouf, Dakota Johnson and Zack Gottsagen in lead roles. Despite a limited theatrical release the movie was a box-office success and received positive reviews from the critics and audience alike.

When a family finds out their grandmother is terminally ill, they hide the secret and arrange a wedding to gather the whole family one last time. The secret soon starts to show through the cracks when Billi struggles to keep her grandmother in the dark. Directed by Lulu Wang, the movie turned out to be a box office success and received critical acclaim for its touching plot. Released in 2019, the comedy-drama film stars Zhao Shuzhen, Awkwafina and X Mayo in lead roles.

Washed-up television actor and his stunt double tried to find fame and success in the industry during the peak years of Hollywood's golden age in 1969 Los Angeles. Once Upon a Time in Hollywood is a 2019 comedy-drama film written and directed by Quentin Tarantino and is his ninth movie. It features a large ensemble cast led by Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Emile Hirsch and Al Pacino. Critics called it Tarantino's love letter to 60s LA and praised its cast and setting.

A family gathering goes awry when the patriarch is found dead. Things soon start to unravel when a detective arrives to investigate his mysterious death. Released in 2019 and directed by Taika Waititi the satirical black comedy stars Roman Griffin, Davis Thomas Mackenzie, Scarlett Johansson and Rebel Wilson in lead roles.
