Causes of Anxiety Disorder
- People who have a history of mental health problems may have problems with multiple anxiety disorders. For example, if the grandfather had this issue, the grandson may show symptoms.
- Conditions such as stress or where you are close, sudden death, or girlfriend breakup can be symptoms of an anxiety disorder where you work.
- Any physical issues such as thyroid, asthma, diabetes, or heart disease can also cause anxiety disorder. People suffering from depression may also be the victim of an anxiety disorder.
- People who are habituated to use alcohol and other intoxicants to relieve their grief, but these drugs can never get rid of anxiety disorder but will only make the problem more serious. The person will become addicted to drugs and once the effects of intoxication are over, nervousness will start increasing with the summons.
- Some people also become prey to anxiety in the process of perfection. They do not like anything, but much of their time is spent trying. But when this inflexibility of perfection becomes a feat or a kind of craze, it creates anxiety disorder.
