My favourite food is Mo:Mo. It is very popular in Nepal, which is enjoyed as a snack or a meal. It consists of steamed dumplings filled with minced meat, vegetables, and spices. Here's a recipe to make delicious Mo:Mo at home:

-1/2 kg ground meat (buff, motton, chicken, or pork)

-1/2 kg onions,finely chopped

-1 cup cloves garlic, minced

-4 tablespoon ginger, grated

-4 tablespoon soy sauce

-1/2 liters tablespoon vegetable oil

-Salt and pepper to taste

-Wonton or dumpling wrappers

Procedure:

-In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

-Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

-Take a wonton or dumpling wrapper and place a teaspoon of the meat mixture in the center.

-Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges by pressing them together with your fingers.

-Repeat until all the meat mixture is used up.

-In a steamer basket or a large pot, bring water to a boil.

-Place the mo:mo in the steamer basket or pot and steam for 8-10 minutes or until fully cooked.

-Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice.

Enjoy your delicious Mo:Mo!
