I usually eat a variety of foods including vegetables, fruits, grains, and proteins. For breakfast, I often have oatmeal with fruits, which is both healthy and filling. Lunch usually includes rice, vegetables, and a protein source like beans or chicken. For dinner, I try to have a lighter meal, such as a salad with a variety of vegetables and a protein source. I do enjoy sweets and crisps occasionally, but I try to limit them. I believe my diet is relatively balanced, but I plan to incorporate more whole grains and reduce my intake of processed foods to improve my eating habits further.
